Returns 

Please contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order for return requests. To be eligible for a return, your item and it's packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Important Note: the original cost of our shipping to you, upon the return of an item, will be deducted from your refund. 

Note: We do not accept returns on new and/or custom Roscoe bass guitars. Roscoe offers a 2-year warranty on all new instruments. Contact us at metalstring.sound@gmail.com for assistance.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately upon approval. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the purchase amount less the original cost of shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is not in it's original condition and/or packaging.

Exchanges 

If an item is defective or damaged please contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. We will be happy to provide contact information and/or facilitate the conversation. Please contact us at metalstring.sound@gmail.com with questions regarding damaged or defective items.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail it to: MetalString Sound: Re: Returns, 1516 Valley Run, Durham NC 27707. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure that we will receive your returned item.
