Please contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order for return requests. To be eligible for a return, your item and it's packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Important Note: the original cost of our shipping to you, upon the return of an item, will be deducted from your refund.
Note: We do not accept returns on new and/or custom Roscoe bass guitars. Roscoe offers a 2-year warranty on all new instruments. Contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately upon approval. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the purchase amount less the original cost of shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item is not in it's original condition and/or packaging.
If an item is defective or damaged please contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. We will be happy to provide contact information and/or facilitate the conversation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions regarding damaged or defective items.
To return your product, you should mail it to: MetalString Sound: Re: Returns, 1516 Valley Run, Durham NC 27707. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure that we will receive your returned item.
